Central schemes that apply in Tripura
These apply everywhere in India; what changes from state to state is the share they pay. Each line shows the most that scheme pays for any one item at Tripura’s rate, and the document it comes from. Between them they also fund a spawn laboratory, a compost yard, a pack house and processing, a cold store, help with loan interest, a credit guarantee and machinery, each at its own rate.
MIDH Operational Guidelines 2025, Annexure V, Item III lists "NE & Himalayan States" among the enhanced-rate areas, defined by its footnote only as "States in North East & Himalayan region covered under HMNEH scheme." That HMNEH enumeration was located at the official HMNEH / TMNEHS scheme portal (Department of Agriculture & Cooperation, Government of India), https://tmnehs.gov.in/, read 11 Sep 2026, archived at content/sources/hmneh-coverage.html (SHA-256 e0193eb29563c36a8c8f69b41299b8f99941e06257a24cea4aa7d68c5d1f9086), which states verbatim: "The mission covers all NE States including Sikkim and three Himalayan states of Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand." CAVEAT, read before relying on this for a claim: this is a live government page, not an abandoned one, its own footer reads "Last Updated On :17/10/2019" (17 October 2019, verified directly against the archived file), roughly two years after its "What's New" bulletins end (which run only through 2017-18; an earlier version of this note wrongly read that gap, plus the page's boilerplate "© 2010" copyright line, as the whole page being frozen and untouched since, the copyright year is a static template value on this class of government site and does not track content updates). That October 2019 update is still before the Jammu & Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019 took effect (31 October 2019, the "appointed day" that split the erstwhile state into the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh), and the page's own text still reads "Jammu & Kashmir" as the pre-2019 undivided state, so it still does not speak to how J&K (UT) and Ladakh (UT) are separately treated today, just not because the page was abandoned.
