Central scheme
NABARD
Published as “NABARD Refinance / Statewise Unit Cost (mushroom-relevant)”, National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD).
NABARD is a central scheme administered by National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), applying in every state and union territory alike. It is pending: we have not yet read a primary document we can publish a rate against.
What it pays for
We have not yet read a primary document we can publish a rate against, so this page publishes none. What was looked for, and why it falls short, is under “What it pays for” below.
What it pays for
We have not found a document we can publish a rate against for NABARD. What was looked for, and why it falls short, is beside this text.
The department that would field a claim in the meantime is National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), at https://www.nabard.org.
Who can claim it
No applicant class is priced under this scheme. See What it pays for, above, for why.
The conditions
- Does this need a bank loan? (credit linked)
- No. Nothing in this document makes a bank loan a condition of what it offers.
- When does the money arrive? (back ended)
- The document records no reserve account and no hold-back mechanism, so nothing in it describes anything being held back until the work is done.
- Must it be approved before you start work? (sanction before commencement)
- We searched this document for a clause requiring sanction before you start work and did not find one. That is not the same as there being no such rule: it may sit in a document we have not read. Confirm with your sanctioning department and your bank before committing spend. Read why we will not resolve this either way.
Claiming this alongside another scheme
Checked against every other scheme this atlas holds. For most pairs no document says anything either way, and this page says so rather than guessing.
Read against 43 other schemes: 43 unconfirmed.
Unconfirmed
For most pairs of schemes, this reading found nothing in either document that says how the two combine.
Neither guideline addresses this combination. Confirm with the department before you rely on it.

“A state dropdown of 31 entries and a year dropdown offering 2025-26 and 2026-27. Every one of the 62 combinations was driven and the result recorded. Each state yields exactly one Unit Cost booklet, under exactly one of the two years (16 states under 2025-26 and 15 under 2026-27), and the other year answers "No records found". So the booklet is permanent and citable once you know which year to ask for, which is the correction to this record's earlier finding that the selector had no reachable output. What the 31 booklets contain is the reason this record still publishes no rate. Twelve of them price mushroom; nineteen do not. Every mushroom figure in them is a unit cost, and most sit in a table that prints the lending terms beside it: Madhya Pradesh's columns read "Bank Loan Factor (%)", "Repayment Period (Years)" and "Grace Period (Months)"; Uttarakhand's read "Unit Cost Approved by State Level Unit Cost Committee (SLUCC) for the year 2026-27", "Repayment Period (Year)" and "Gestation Period (Months)". None of them is a subsidy rate, and the figures for one and the same activity differ between states by a factor of six in the same financial year.”
The two dropdowns and the Go button, and the result region that renders either a booklet link or "No records found".

What to do next
Work out what your own project would draw.
What NABARD pays you depends on your own state, size and cost. The calculator asks where you are, what you are building and what it costs, then prices every scheme on this site against that, shows the document behind each figure, and writes a link you can send to your bank.
Or have MushroomWale build it.
MushroomWale designs and builds mushroom farms. For the farms we build, we also prepare and pursue the claim: the DPR, the documents, the bank, the sanctioning department and the joint inspection.
We prepare and pursue the claim only for farms we build.
