This is Haryana administering the identical central scheme through its own nodal machinery, not a Haryana-invented add-on, the same reasoning already applied to Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, whose own documents print the identical MIDH figures directly rather than by reference. Marked 'excluded' so a Haryana applicant is never shown this record's rules and midh-2025's as two independent, additive sums for the same component.
