Section 3.A.4 (printed p.5), verbatim: "The selected WSHG is eligible to avail subsidy of Rs. 8,000/- for growing newly 150 beds of Paddy Straw/ Oyster Mushroom in a fortnight (80% subsidy on the project cost)." and "One WSHG member is eligible to avail subsidy of Rs. 7,000/- for growing newly 150 beds of Paddy Straw / Oyster Mushroom in a fortnight (70% subsidy on the project cost)." The same-page "Cost Structure" table fixes the underlying project cost at exactly Rs. 10,000 for "150 Beds" (paddy straw @ Rs.1.50/kg, one 200g spawn bottle per bed, wheat/rice bran, 15 labour man-days, polythene covering), so Rs. 8,000 is precisely 80% of that norm and Rs. 7,000 precisely 70%, and the "Mushroom Mission- Assistance Pattern" table (p.23) independently states the same unit cost as "0.10" (INR lakh = Rs. 10,000) against "80%"/"70%-80%" assistance. A "bed" is NOT a physical cot: per the same Cost Structure table it is a small heap of paddy-straw substrate sized "1.5'X1.5'X1.5'", layered with 10 kg of straw, one 200g spawn bottle and 200g of bran, the standard low-cost method for growing paddy-straw or oyster mushroom, 150 of these beds make one subsidised cycle, re-set roughly every fortnight, not a one-time capital structure like MIDH's production/spawn/compost units.
