State scheme
Mizoram Horticulture Dept.
Published as “Mizoram, Horticulture Department MIDH programme (no mushroom-specific rate)”, Department of Horticulture, Government of Mizoram.
Mizoram Horticulture Dept. is Mizoram’s own scheme, administered by Department of Horticulture, Government of Mizoram. It is verified against a primary document which, read end to end, funds nothing for mushroom cultivation.
What it pays for
This document was read end to end and funds nothing for mushroom cultivation, so this page publishes no rate. That is a finding, not a gap.
What it pays for
Read end to end against its primary document. Mizoram Horticulture Dept. funds nothing for mushroom cultivation, so no rate is shown here. That is a finding, not a gap: the document beside this text is why.
Who can claim it
No applicant class is priced under this scheme. See What it pays for, above, for why.
The conditions
- Does this need a bank loan? (credit linked)
- No. Nothing in this document makes a bank loan a condition of what it offers.
- When does the money arrive? (back ended)
- The document records no reserve account and no hold-back mechanism, so nothing in it describes anything being held back until the work is done.
- Must it be approved before you start work? (sanction before commencement)
- We searched this document for a clause requiring sanction before you start work and did not find one. That is not the same as there being no such rule: it may sit in a document we have not read. Confirm with your sanctioning department and your bank before committing spend. Read why we will not resolve this either way.
Claiming this alongside another scheme
Checked against every other scheme this atlas holds. For most pairs no document says anything either way, and this page says so rather than guessing.
Read against 43 other schemes: 43 unconfirmed.
Unconfirmed
For most pairs of schemes, this reading found nothing in either document that says how the two combine.
Neither guideline addresses this combination. Confirm with the department before you rely on it.
Mizoram's own page states it has implemented MIDH since 2014-15 and names mushroom only as one of MIDH's standard activities, with no state-specific rate or top-up.Read the rest of the reasoning
Mizoram's own page states it has implemented MIDH since 2014-15 and names mushroom only as one of MIDH's standard activities, with no state-specific rate or top-up. This is not a separate state instrument stacking against MIDH, it is Mizoram's own description of administering MIDH itself, so no stacking verdict is asserted; a Mizoram farmer's entitlement is whatever MIDH's own record on this site already computes.

“Page body: "...being implemented under the umbrella of Mission for Integrated Development of Horticulture (MIDH) since the year 2014-2015. Major activities under this scheme includes establishment of new garden of fruits, Vegetables, Mushroom, Flowers, Spice crops and Aromatic plants...", the only mention of mushroom on the page, with no component, rate or standalone scheme attached. Corroborated by three linked Citizen's Charter editions (fetched separately, not archived here, since this evidence record points to the primary programme page): each names mushroom only as an advisory service, e.g. "Management of information relating to Mushroom Production, Bee Keeping" with a 1-7 day turnaround, never a rate or subsidy figure.”

What to do next
Work out what your own project would draw.
What Mizoram Horticulture Dept. pays you depends on your own state, size and cost. The calculator asks where you are, what you are building and what it costs, then prices every scheme on this site against that, shows the document behind each figure, and writes a link you can send to your bank.
Or have MushroomWale build it.
MushroomWale designs and builds mushroom farms. For the farms we build, we also prepare and pursue the claim: the DPR, the documents, the bank, the sanctioning department and the joint inspection.
We prepare and pursue the claim only for farms we build.
